CWB takes the approach of  telling the clients what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear about the state of their workplace and meeting their organizational goals.  

Our team has conducted a large number of reviews in the areas of Human Rights, Anti-Racism and Anti-Sexism; Accessibility; Workplace Harassment and Discrimination, and Diversity and Organizational Effectiveness. Some of these clients included the City of Toronto, Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carlton, Sault Ste.
