Through examples and case studies it will enhance awareness and skills of employees and managers in dealing with the situations if harassment and discrimination does occur in the workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize discrimination and harassment and how to be role models in creation of a positive and harassment and discrimination free work environment. 
Audiences will have opportunity to share their experiences with discrimination, biases and harassment and provide input through facilitated interaction.
